Silk is a very delicate and fine material, washing either manually or in a short cycle machine at 30° using a very delicate textile laundry.
The pocket square must not be drained or dried under any circumstances. It is advisable to pat it dry by putting it in a cloth without crumpling it before letting it dry in the open air.
It is possible to ironing the silk but only at very temperature or at medium temperature by protecting it under a bath towel.
If you prefer a professional interview, you can of course put it to the dry cleaner. These little tips only concern the real homemade followers.
